Your first year, average pay ranges from $40,000 to $65,000 and 80,000 and above for leadership. We have both full time and part time positions available and this position does not require any prior experience.

$2,000 Bonus Potential While Training in First 3 Months!! We are seeking a candidate to fill our Advisor position. This is a business-to-business position that offers a strong performance-based compensation opportunity, flexible schedules with no nights, weekends or holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to earn $2,000 in bonus money while training during your first 3 months of appointment and $12,750 over the first year.

Benefits Agent Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Establishing solid, on-going relationships with businesses/policyholders

- Securing appointments with business owners (leads provided) and individuals

- Educating employers/employees about AFLAC products and Core Benefits

- Servicing existing AFLAC accounts and policyholders

- Abiding by insurance standards and regulations
