Overview:
Experience in outbound calls, inside sales, direct marketing- a plus!
This role offers a competitive hourly base plus uncapped bonuses to earn up to $60,000 in your first year
This role is based at our office in Ft Lauderdale, FL and candidates must be able to work on-site.

Renuity's Contact Center (RCC) is hiring immediately for Customer Development Representatives at our office expansion in Ft Lauderdale, FL.
Experience in outbound calls, inside sales, direct marketing- a plus!
This role offers a competitive hourly base plus uncapped bonuses to earn up to $60,000 in your first year
This role is based at our office in Ft Lauderdale, FL and candidates must be able to work on-site.

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls from strong/warm pre-generated leads - no cold-calling
- Earn unlimited bonuses by setting appointments for our sales teams
- Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity objectives
- Be the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative in our team
- Help customers set free in-home consultations over multiple contact channels
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience doing outbound and inbound calls and previous sales experience- a plus!
- Providing customers an amazing experience over the phone
- Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
- High energy and willingness to learn
- Scheduling availability between Mon-Fri 8am to 9pm, with at least 1 weekend day availability:
- Sat- 8am to 6pm or
- Sun- 9am to 6pm
