About us
We are looking for an assertive Sales Business Consultant to join our growing team.
We are a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) that is data-driven and customer-centric. The candidate will present PEO solutions and human resource outsourcing to small and mid-market businesses. This is a position built for a candidate who is focused on day to day activity resulting in interaction with business operators and decision makers throughout multiple industries. The candidate will be able to use a wide range of business analysis strategies to assess organizations' needs and opportunities for growth, and will work closely with executives to create strategic sales solutions to present to business prospects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong social interaction skills including the ability and comfort in making cold calls.
- Proactively seek new market avenues to attract new business.
- Establish, maintain, and nurture professional relationships.
- Analyze problems, propose solutions, and plan the implementation of a solution.
- Be able to explain the solution so that others can easily understand it.
- Document and consistently manage client communication through automated sales database.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Superior written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with a team, easily adapt, and display enhanced problem-solving strategies.
- Strength in making decisions based on what is best for the organization and the team in an effort to maintain a path and execute on a plan.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
