Omega Accounting Solutions is in hyper growth mode and seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator within our sales team to support co-marketing strategies and foster strategic partnerships
This position is fully on-site.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross function team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Engage and coordinate payment and document collection from customers as needed
- Respond to all partnership inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage CRM database health through researching, gathering, and tracking client information
- Collaborate on administrative tasks for the business development and sales leadership team
- Coordinate growth initiatives, generate and nurture leads, and execute successful email marketing campaigns
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain an organized and accessible CRM system
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external teams
- Track conversion rates for strategic partnerships and execute marketing campaigns
- Monitor performance indicators of strategic partners, manage sales tracking tools, and compile reports
- Uphold internal protocols for company database and operations

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer experience or sales support, along with high-volume transaction work
- Expertise working with Microsoft Office and G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.25 - $36.00 per hour
