Job Title: Outside/Territory Sales Representative

GPS, lasers, optics, management technologies, wireless communication, and application specific software link the design, positioning, and construction processes like never before.

We are looking for a high energy, ambitious Outside Sales Representative to aggressively pursue new business, grow existing business, and contribute to the growth of the organization. This territory will cover the greater Houston area.

What we’re looking for:

  • Successful outside sales experience (2+ years) with a track record of territory growth
  • Experience selling complex, transformational products or services
  • History of selling into the construction or industrial industries is beneficial, but not required
  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university, preferred

You will be likely to succeed with us if you are:

  • Results-driven and experienced with consultative selling techniques
  • Disciplined and focused to effectively cover and grow territory
  • Well-developed in both verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable of MS Word & Excel
  • Able to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations
  • Comfortable with all levels of management as well as field personnel

  • Base salary of $40k plus uncapped commissions – OTE in Year 1 is $85-$100k, and $110-$150k+ in Years 2 and on
