Summary:

Biscayne Homes is seeking a sales administrative assistant in our Epperson community in Wesley Chapel, Fl. Experience in serving upscale customers in new home sales, or other facets in the real estate industry is a plus. Biscayne Homes is a home building company with corporate offices based out of Miami Fl, currently building single-family, and multifamily homes in Epperson's Crystal Lagoon Community in Wesley Chapel, Fl. The owners of Biscayne Homes have extensive home-building and land development backgrounds, having developed nearly 30,000 homes throughout Florida and Texas, ranging from $300,000-$15,000,000.

Description:

The sales administrator will work out of our sales office located on Epperson's Crystal Lagoon. You will be responsible for producing, organizing, and maintaining all sales paperwork including purchase and sales contracts, addendum, and other sales-related paperwork. The sales administrator will also track deposits and other payment schedules, and help maintain sales reports created for management.

This position will also help to manage follow-up with clients, and update and manage our CRM. You may be asked to assist in greeting clients and assist the sales team with supplying customers with information on our project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
