About Us

Brosky Insurance Agency is a family owned business since 1965. We market all types of insurance: Property & Casualty, Commercial, Life, Accident and Health.

We are looking for the perfect candidate to join our team in a Personal Lines Agent position. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week.

Agent Repsonsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, market appropriate insurance products and services
• Establish customer relationships, follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Use review process to educate customers on their insurance options

Agent requirements:

• PA P&C Licensed
• Experience with Erie Insurance + our top carriers is a plus
• Self-motivated, disciplined with a strong work ethic, timely, reliable, proactive
• Excellent communication skills
• Insurance sales experience, maketing insurance products and services based on customer needs
• Experience with an Agency Management system
