Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Membership Sales Associate to join our team and launch our new Outrigger Platinum Membership Program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Outrigger’s high-end VIP membership, delivering exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Membership Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of our business and will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales experience, concierge, and hospitality experience are a plus. Compensation includes an attractive base salary, sales commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base through exceptional customer service and relationship building
  • Proactively reach out to customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote the membership
  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive market and our product offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales transactions in our database and sales platform
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive team dynamic
  • Attend training sessions and product launches to stay up-to-date on the latest products and sales techniques
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
  • Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of luxury products and industry trends
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create lasting relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
