Are you looking for a new insurance sales opportunity?

We are looking for a talented, experienced, and licensed producer to target medium and large commercial lines account in the state of Florida. The position includes engaging and educating prospects, actively building a sales pipeline, networking, offering quotes, and selling commercial property and casualty insurance. The producer will be responsible for obtaining all leads and must have a track record of producing results.

Our ideal candidate must have high energy and be personable, outgoing, highly motivated, goal-oriented and organized individual that is driven to achieve individual sales goals

Must have superior written and verbal communication, presentation, excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills

Must be able to relate to others to gain respect and loyalty

Must have the ability to think outside the box and see things that others do not see

This position has required coaching and mentoring sessions. Being adaptable and willing to accept constructive feedback is crucial to success in this position.

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty Insurance License (2-20)
• 5 years’ insurance sales experience or 8 years’ sales experience
• Experience in a sales position with a track record of sales success
