Seaside at Fort Myers is seeking a Move In Coordinator to support our Retirement Community.

The Move In Coordinator is the liaison to new Residents/families moving into our community, delivering and ensuring the success of our ambassador program. This person works closely with our Community Relations Director, Executive Director and all department heads to ensure a seamless, successful transition and warm welcome into our community. The Move in Coordinator will also assist with calls, tours, event planning & execution and other tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will be poised, articulate, have excellent communication skills and excel at handling multiple tasks. This role requires great organization and attention to detail which includes communication with perspective residents and their family members, moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping, interior designers and others. You will take on the responsibility of being the point person for every move from start to finish, helping to deliver a lifestyle to our residents that they have earned and deserve.
