Tax Associates will be required to contact prospects, and field new calls from people and businesses in trouble with the IRS and State taxing authorities. The Tax Associate will be tasked with three primary objectives'
1) Identify the root of the prospects tax problem by asking questions and listening to the prospects responses
2) Qualifying the prospect for one of our various services
3) Closing the transaction and collecting the submission documents for the resolution team(s).

100% if our leads are inbound there is NO COLD CALLING. All leads are real time and come from our network partners who vet out active prospects who are seeking help.

Requirements
At least 2 years of recent experience in consultative sales (absolutely no exceptions)
PREFERRED: one (1)+ year(s) worked in one or more of the following industries: mortgage, collections, personal finance, and/or debt settlement
Strong communication skills
Strong salesmanship skills
