ABOUT CAPTURE DIAGNOSTICS
Capture Diagnostics was born out of the response to the worldwide pandemic of COVID-19. We mobilized and leveraged our partners to provide the “gold standard” of molecular RT-PCR testing options.
In addition to our own CLIA certified laboratory, we are currently actively scaling to develop a wide range of diagnostic testing services. Our capabilities are comprehensive and scalable to address and support the testing needs of our providers. Our end-to-end systems were developed to assist medical providers, government programs, film and tv production companies, international travel, union-led safety initiatives, and other high value solutions.
As pandemic realities transition to endemic stasis, Capture Diagnostics is extending our proficiency to address community diagnostic needs by extending our emergency response expertise into broader diagnostic and laboratory services and solutions.
SALES EXECUTIVE FOCUSING ON WOMEN’S HEALTH
The ideal Sales Executive candidate has significant clinical laboratory or medical sales experience, focusing predominantly on women’s health. We are looking for an experienced, confident, and assertive leader who thinks like a strategist, functions as a leader, and can move fast without needing continual direction or supervision. This person can juggle many accounts, deliverables, resources, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Capture Diagnostics Sales Executives are expert communicators serving as point of contact for clients and internal company teams, often interacting with both daily. Elements of the Sales Executive role include planning and coordination of account activity, generating sales opportunities, and reporting status of accounts on a regular basis. The Sales Executive navigates accounts methodically to explore and create untapped opportunities. It is important to have a high level of intellectual curiosity to identify gaps and growth potential where others miss them.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support existing accounts and build new relationships that result in provider/client conversion.
- Sell a robust catalog of products and solutions.
- Enjoy working independently and embrace an entrepreneurial environment.
- Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
- Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends.
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings and client meetings, researching, and assisting with program development for existing clients and new prospects.
- Interface with talented marketing team to develop optimized and targeted sales materials.
- Perform prospecting activities such as cold-calling and networking.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
- Develop and implement a sales plan to target accounts for growth.
- Occasionally attend and staff trade shows.
- Can plan for success by pre-calling, follow-up call analysis, and territory analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
- Knowledge of the diagnostic laboratory and healthcare industry, with an emphasis on women’s health
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and time efficient
- 3+ years experience in closing new business and expanding existing relationships
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
- Ability to understand client needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
- Proficiency in a second language is viewed favorably
- Experience overseeing budgets and expenses
- Experience developing internal processes and reporting systems

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
