The Sales Associate will provide an exceptional customer experience in our retail store by helping customers with their cell phone needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Location: Honolulu, HI (NOT REMOTE)

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $15-20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with cell phone selection, purchase, and activation
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain knowledge of current cell phone technology and features
• Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions
• Maintain a clean and organized retail store environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for helping others and growth.
• Ability to work weekends.
