Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in the automotive aftermarket parts industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing and executing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and dealers to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in the automotive aftermarket parts industry
• Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket parts industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the automotive aftermarket parts industry
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and key industry players
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Prepare and present sales reports, marketing reports, and other relevant data to management
• Attend car shows and events to promote the company's products and services
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product developments
