100% Commission Sales

Our team goal is to build and maintain relationships with our clients through-out their rental experience. Leads are generated in house and by each associate through Zillow, Hotpads, Trulia, Apartments.com and Craigslist. Leads are qualified to find the right home for each client and then shown multiple apartments. Rental Associates will help clients through the application process while our office staff handles processing and lease signings.

Responsibilities & Requirements for our Rental Associates:

• Working with the Building Engineers and Property Managers
• Generating and answering leads
• Driving clients to each apartment
• Conduct virtual or in person showings
• Visiting buildings and apartments daily
• Working with administrative staff in the Tenant Customer Service department
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Access to a reliable car, valid car insurance and driver license
• Must have reliable phone and laptop
