Full description of the position

Determine eligibility for both rental and purchase pricing based on customer’s affiliations/contracts; Coordinate Capital sales orders and custom orders; Assists in updating sales force materials;; Other duties as assigned.

Currently we anticipate this person working on site Tuesday - Thursday and can work remote Monday and Friday.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Point of contact for product and pricing questions regarding capital products; coordinate changes to product/pricing other necessary departments such as contracts department, manufacturing and sales force. Capital sales; order processing/invoicing and tracking/reporting. . Prepare and proof invoices to ensure accuracy. Assist with updating sales/product material. Prepare quotes that accurately reflect specific product/pricing promotions such as Group Buys, Trade‐Ins or other discounts as determined by the sales team. Process EDI 810/850/855 transactions and coordinate orders, delivery, and invoicing.
• Research and determine customer eligibility and pricing. Prepare customer sales reports, proposals, quotations, and presentations; ensuring accuracy. Maintain sales order tracking using word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
• Act as point of contact for the sales force; print and distribute all correspondence; field questions in regard to orders, passing along the necessary information; perform administrative duties, such as assisting with sales records tracking and reports
• Establish reportable/quantifiable KPI’s for quote generation, order response and invoicing that are
• Quote and Invoice for Maintenance plans, following up on needed paperwork and communicating with the Operations Team to finalize.
• Accomplish company and organizational mission by contributing to team effort and handling other duties as assigned assisting in the overall success of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Skilled at using Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. Facilitate daily work, prepare reports, and track customer information
• Ability to research customer eligibility in order to complete necessary information such as contracts/pricing.
• Practiced documentation skills. Ability to multi‐task and handle consistent workflow.
• Ability to accurately enter and manipulate data; maintaining a reasonable error rate as determined by departmental standards.
• Excellent phone skills. Efficiently answers and directs inquiries, takes thorough messages.
• Types proficiently (40+ WPM).
• Familiar with general office equipment, including phones, faxes, copiers, scanners, and printers.
• Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.
• Writes effectively using various styles to address different needs and audiences.
• Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.
• Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

High School Diploma; 2 years related experience
