We are a large Independent Insurance agency. We are looking for a few new account managers to help us keep up with the continuously growing book of business.

Job description:

• Process policy changes
• Help resolve any billing issues
• Cross sell existing customers for other lines of business.
• Help insured through claims process
• Work carrier alerts
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions which may include shopping through other companies for a better rate

Requirements:

• Must have valid Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of employment. ( The cost of this could potentially be reimbursed to you)
• Independent agency experience highly preferred but not required
• Sales and customer service experience
• Ability to build relationships with insureds and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well other agents
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with a sense of urgency

Base salary will be determined based on experience in the insurance industry. There is a generous bonus program in place as well.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
