Service to Sales Manager
Service Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

THIS IS NOT AN APPLICATION TO BE A SERVICE ADVISOR; THIS IS A SALES POSITION FOCUSING ON TURNING A SERVICE CUSTOMER INTO A SALE.

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Greets Customers in the Service Department and working with advisers to narrow down who is eligible for a vehicle upgrade.
• Making phones calls to previous/current service customers who are eligible for upgrade.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, and weekly work plans.
• Recommends products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Pay Plan:

$500/weekly draw - $8,000 guarantee for 90 days. Monthly 3% of the sales gross. Includes holdback and F&I and $1,000 gross added per cars sold by your team.

$100 per vehicle sold

30 cars: $150 per car

50 cars: $200 per car

70 cars: $250 per car

Previous Sales Experience Needed - Must be able to manage a team - Bilingual.
