Inside Sales - $40K Base + Uncapped Commissions!

If this sounds good to you, Lauterbach Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Client Services/Sales team. In this position, you will use technology driven marketing and sales tools to qualify and develop sales leads, while documenting and maintaining all records and reports of activities using our CRM software. As the Inside Sales Representative understands our current and target customers, he/she will present specific products/solutions, provide pricing and samples to the prospective customer and follow-up until the project is won.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. On-site Monday- Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize latest technology to develop leads and make sales
• Make cold calls
• Account management relationship building
• Initiate and respond to email
• Quote and present proposals
• Career development with training on-site and on-line

Education Level: Some College or equivalent experience.
