McGhee Insurance Agency in North Little Rock is growing and we need a sales superstar to compliment our team.

We are looking for sales professionals that #1 have a great, can do, team work attitude.

Qualified candidates must hold a current P&C insurance license, have at least 1 year of P&C personal lines sales experience and be currently employed in this capacity. Minimum of 3 years total sales experience.

The qualified candicate will be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, communicator, and a solid closer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone cold calling, networking, and other lead generating activities.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Nurture existing and develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. by working outside the office marketing to theses referral sources.
• Serve as back up to Customer Service Department, as needed, taking payments, processing policy changes, issuing insurance related documents, providing consultation & assistance to clients with coverage & claims.
• Ask each customer for referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of new products to be a trusted resource for clients.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Actively participate in on going in house Sales training, coaching & accountability program

Job Requirements:

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Be a fantastic presenter.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• P&C Licensed
• Minimum 3 years of successful Insurance Sales exp.
