We are looking for a Key Account Associate to join our team in Davie, Fl.

Key Account Associate will oversee the relationship's of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements and perform data analyzes and forecasting.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
• Resolving key client issues and complaints.
• Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
• Managing order flow process from beginning to end and proposing solutions based on timelines to ensure on time deliverables.
• Managing orders and forecast through customer EDI and Portal.
• Preparing statutory accounts.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
• Ability to track and organize inventory, and maintain accurate in-house safety stocks through reordering process.
• Communicating with internal departments for order requirements such as packaging, labeling, shipping methods.
• Must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other related duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in business, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Experience of operating SAP or ERS systems preferred.
• Fluency in English will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
