Pay Details:
- Total average first year earnings range from $75K to $98K through a combination of bonus, and uncapped commission
- Potential for Top Performers to earn over $120K
Optum Health Group connects customers with the best health insurance solutions to meet their needs from a number of regional and national carriers and groups. Job duties will include answering the phones, talking to customers, learning about their needs and requirements and suggesting the right solutions for each individual customer. There is NO COLD CALLING. All phone calls are inbound, you will not need to prospect, no need to find customers, we GIVE YOU the leads and customers and have live transfers for you to speak with throughout the day. We are seeking immediately:

Experience
- Previous employment in a sales representative role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers
- Health Insurance License Preferred but if you do not have one we will provide training and support to earn requisite license at no cost to you
Skills
- Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
- Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
- Effective time management and organizational skills
Knowledge
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
- Familiarity with sales techniques and closing deals
Education
- High School Degree with relevant sales experience
Schedule
- Ability to work a schedule of 11am to 8pm Mon through Fri
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $61,300.00 - $121,334.00 per year
