Our growing company is looking for an Appointment Setting Specialist to support our sales division where you will be the backbone support for our high-performance sales team! Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities

Responsibilities:

• Ability to consistently and accurately process data
• Qualify and schedule appointments with clients to assist in the consultation of business services
• Provide administrative support such as generating reports, analyzing data, and finding ways to improve our streamlined process
• Utilize our CRM system for continued relationship management
• Assist with various projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months to a year in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced energetic work environment
• Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
• Proficiency in a variety of software systems including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English
