E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist – Ebay Sales

BStock.net is looking for the right candidate to start with us in the growing E-Commerce Sales industry!

BStock.net is an e-commerce reseller primarily dealing with reselling of laptops, desktops, hard drives, displays, monitors and anything else electronic on eBay, Amazon, Walmart and Newegg. We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to help us picture and post our growing inventory. We are a 6 year old start-up company with plenty of experience over the years and plenty of room to grow. We've grown every year and we plan to grow more. At BStock.net you will have the chance to get your hands on every major brand of computer, monitor or peripherals.

The selected candidate will be trained in all aspects of E-Commerce marketplaces, however a working knowledge and experience with E-Commerce and marketplaces such as eBay will be crucial to your success in this position. eBay will be a primary focus and emphasis for the incumbent candidate.

The exciting world of E-Commerce is fast-paced and ever-changing. The selected candidate will be need to be a quick learner and able to adapt to changing trends, techniques, and technology. The candidate should be passionate about electronics, and customer satisfaction. A commitment to details, curiosity, and an analytically focused mind will be key to success in this position. Extra special attention to detail is essential in this position.

Essential job duties, roles, and responsibilities:

• Create, manage, photograph and optimize marketplace product listings

• Proactively identify product, service, and marketplace issues and resolve them accordingly

• Work with marketplace interfaces to resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies

• Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from our marketplace customers

• Contact customers via outbound phone calls and emails to resolve any order discrepancies

• Manage and respond to customer feedback, disputes, and claims through marketplace interfaces

• Review customer order notes and status to resolve customer inquiries

• Work with various internal teams to ensure timely resolution to customer inquiries

• In cooperation with fulfillment team, ensure complete and on time order fulfillment

• Monitor online feedback/reviews and recommend improvements to improve customer feedback
• Ability to monitor competitive prices and update according to market trends while still maintaining maximum profitability.

• Review inventory reports to identify products needing attention

• Monitor and maintain marketplace metrics and standards

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketplace trends and changes

• Process all tasks within performance targets

• Some retail work in our showroom.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, internet, and web-based applications

• Great research, organizational and learning skills

• Self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player

• Ability to identify and understand issues and opportunities; comparing data to draw conclusions

• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions

• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities

• Accurate typing and/or data entry skills

• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and fluently

• E-Commerce and website experience is ideal.

• eBay listing experience is preferred.

• Detail focused, and quality oriented.

• Ability to work with little to no supervision

• Ability to make sound and timely recommendations and enthusiastic to share new ideas

• Ideal candidate must be a skilled multi-tasker and a self-starter

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
