Must be 21 or over - Set your own schedules, unlimited earning potential, starting on the ground floor of a new and interesting product in the beverage industry. We are seeking an energetic, self motivated, people person to help us grow our distribution in the Palm Beach and Broward county region of Florida.

The duties of a regional sales representative depend on a variety of unique factors. Despite these factors, the representatives is expected to do the following on a regular basis:

Find Prospective Customers

Finding potential customers is a major part of the job you, will do this by following leads from current clients, attending trade shows, and using business directories. You will also visit the workplaces of potential clients, with the primary target being bars and restaurants.

Follow Up with Clients

The ultimate goal of our regional sales reps is to offer clients an excellent experience and timely response. After a deal is closed and a sale is made, you will be required to follow up with clients to see if the product or service they purchased meets their expectations and if restocking is needed.

Regional Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications

The skills and qualifications needed to become a successful regional sales representative with 3 Mavins' are outlined below. A college degree is not to get your start with 3 Mavins'. Regardless of their education level, regional sales representatives need the following traits and abilities to be competitive candidates:

• Sales knowledge – selling products is not for everyone, and candidates should not mind selling products and services on a regular basis
• Willingness to travel – must have a valid drivers license and mode of transportation. Regional sales representatives are often responsible for selling to potential customers in a specific geographic area, so they should be ready to travel extensively to meet current and prospective clients
• Basic understanding of technology – successful sales representatives know how to use computers and other devices to create presentations, send emails, and stay in contact with others
• Communication skills – superb verbal and written communication skills are needed to successfully complete sales
• Goal-oriented – sales professionals are often required to meet regular sales goals

Regional Sales Representative Education and Training

A high school diploma or GED is required to enter the sales field.

Regional Sales Representative Salary and Outlook

Starting salary is $35,000 base, with 10% commission earn out on all sales.
