Job Description

At Dapper Lighting, we are proud to offer innovative lighting solutions that meet the needs and wants of the classic car customer and market. To help us continue growing our product line, we are in search of an experienced Sales and Customer Service Manager to build up our sales and customer service team. You are a skillful and technical salesman with high and low level sales knowledge and experience. You’re highly organized, can strategize a sales roadmap, implement sales objectives and forecasts, and develop a national sales program through field sales action plans. You also are a master at helping the customer. You recognize each customer, B2C or B2B has specific needs and you can cater to each appropriately and in a way that represents our company to the highest standards.

Objectives of this Role

  • Develop national sales plans
  • Build upon and create new B2B relationships
  • Manage and enforce pricing standards
  • Manage order status tracking
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing customer leads and inquiries
  • Manage all incoming technical support requests and inquiries
  • Implement, document, and enforce processes to standardize sales and customer service practices and processes

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly meetings regarding sales, order status, and key topics
  • Manage, build, and grow existing and new B2B relationships
  • Develop and execute quarterly/annual national sales plans
  • Deploy, implement, and enforce promotional pricing
  • Recruit, interview, and hire quality coachable sales team representatives
  • Sales training for sales and customer service roles
  • Technical staff training for customer support roles
  • Create SMART goals, train, mentor and monitor the performance of sales team representatives
  • Appropriately manage the Customer Service and Sales budget
  • Coordinate with product/marketing teams to launch new products, provide product feedback, create product educational tools, and cover overlapping brand building strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in Zendesk or similar CRM software
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience hiring and managing direct reports
  • Fully Proficient in Word and Excel
  • 2 Years Minimum Experience in Aftermarket Automotive Industry

Job Type:

  • Full Time at 40hr/week
  • 8:30AM-4:30PM M-F

Compensation

  • $22.00-$29.61/hr + Bonuses
  • Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays
