Full description of the position

Established agency expanding licensed staff of Auto & Home Insurance Associates as Customer Service Reps for the expansion of a Property and Casualty Insurance Group. Work on location, retail setting; NOT remote.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls from customers.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Schedule appointments to meet prospective customers.

Job Requirements

• A property & casualty license is required.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Schedule appointments to meet prospective customers.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
