Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a book of business including high-end clientele
  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term clientele including; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions
  • Provides comprehensive product information throughout the sales process, including vehicle configuration, product presentation, test drive, delivery/handover, and customer service after the purchase
  • Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of luxury vehicles.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing a book of business
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of automotive sales experience preferred
  • Previous experience in luxury auto sales is highly desirable
  • Effective relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and disposition
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
