Position: Inside Sales Associate

Status: Regular Full Time

Classification: Exempt

Reporting Relationship: Service Manager

Supervision: No Direct Reports

Position Description: The Inside Sales Associate performs estimating, quoting, and general account management functions. Responsibilities include estimating, quote development and tracking, account management and reporting to senior management.

• Reviews completed service calls to ensure all quote opportunities are captured
• Works with vendors/suppliers to secure parts/material pricing
• Generates estimates and proposals for required repairs
• Works closely with customer, sales, and operations team
• Assist with the maintenance and follow-up of open quotes

Qualifications/Preferences

• HVAC/Plumbing knowledge is a plus but not required
• Effective written and verbal communication skills a must
• Ability to make decisions independently within guidelines provided
• Self-motivated with efficient time and email management skills
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Must perform accurate work under the pressures of tight schedules and fast-paced environment
• Ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Ability to coordinate and work effectively with many different departments

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
