About This Job
Commerce Bank is looking for a dynamic, service-focused and technically adept individual for our Commercial Systems Trainer role. The Commercial Systems Trainer is responsible for aiding in the design, development and delivery of process and systems training to a variety of client-facing and non-client facing roles across our Commercial and Small Business teams. The Trainer will work with the Commercial Training Team and systems teams on the design, development, and delivery of key systems and process training.
Essential Functions
Partner with cross functional teams and leadership for a successful strategy and execution of programs, materials, and CRM integration to enable improved sales performance
Provide support and consultation for subject matter experts facilitating training and reinforcement activities
Utilize effective communication vehicles to ensure programs are fully understood and appropriately used by the sales channel and other stakeholders
Identify and track pre-training and post-training measurements and attendance data to monitor behavior changes as a result of training
Collaborate with team members to develop online learning content
Align with and support the internal Consultative Selling and Developmental Coaching facilitation team
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in public speaking and facilitating both large and small groups virtually and in-person.
Ability to collaborate and build trust with leadership and other stakeholders
Proven ability to lead, a self-starter, goal oriented, and comfortable with a changing environment
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
2+ years training methodology experience required
1+ years financial services experience required
1+ years business to business sales, performance consulting, and data analytics experience required
