We are a well-established real estate practice in Glendale, AZ looking for a talented and self-motivated Inside Sales Agent that thrives in a busy sales and service real estate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, contact, and track potential clients
• Act as a concierge to all agents on the team
• Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Schedule tours and showings for realtors
• Handling marketing materials and drip campaigns
• In office client meetings & interactions
• Answering potential client questions and follow up call questions
• Manage and maintain a large client database
• Manage communications to the client database
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Responding to emails, texts, and calls from leads regarding property inquiries

Required Licenses:

Driver’s License
Real Estate License or in process of obtaining license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Glendale, AZ 85308: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one? (Preferred)
