Wes-Garde provides high quality products and services to a variety of market sectors including the transportation, food equipment, and medical industries. Wes-Garde’s eleven branch offices in the U.S & Canada are staffed with a knowledgeable inside and outside sales force, as well as highly experienced support personnel.

We are looking for an organized, efficient customer Sales Support to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers. To be a successful in this role, you need to have good time management and organizational skills. Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

What You Will Bring:

Education Requirement: High school Diploma/GED

Experience Requirement:

  • 1 – 2 years customer service and/or administrative service
  • 1 – 2 years computer skills: Excel (Macros, vLook-up), Word, Outlook
  • CRM experience preferred (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Minimum of 1 year phone skills
  • Demonstrate pro-active approaches, practices, and behaviors for company goal attainment.
  • Epicor experience a plus

Duties/Responsibilities (What You Will Do):

  • Assist sales staff in providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain customers’ account.
  • Communicate any changes to internal sales department.
  • Coordinate activities effectively and maintain professional relationships with customers and staff members.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that all systems are in alignment and that all orders are tracked and processed within turnaround times.
  • Process sales quotes and expedite sales orders by contacting vendors to gather pertinent information.
  • Maintain various databases and Microsoft spreadsheets/running sales reports.
  • Process sales leads – literature and sample requests.
  • Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their customers.
  • Provide data and reports to help the sales team.
  • Data entry.
  • Perform and process other various administrative sales support.

Physical Demands:

This position is mostly sedentary 7.5 hours a day. Work is done in an office environment and requires ability to type for periods of time. There is occasional lifting of boxes up to 20 pounds. Most work is done using a phone, computer, and screen time will be heavy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
