Partner wanted for small property management / handyman business.

Required: Roughly 5 years handyman/carpentry/construction skills, to include plumbing and electrical knowledge, kitchen and bath remodels, all around residential fix and flip contractor type skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Pays time and material, 20 to 40+ hours a week, averaging $35 to $45 an hour, serious room for income growth, RE asset growth, and business expansion and growth for the right hard working motivated individual. There is no lack of decent handyman/remodel work.

Over time I can show the right person how to invest in real estate, flip houses, run a crew for jobs, operate a successful business.

About this company (myself only) - I am a small time real estate investor with a real estate brokers license to buy and sell, a property management company to manage residential rental's, a GC license and insurance for residential construction projects and builds, 30+ years of handyman/carpentry skills, 30+ years of entrepreneurial business skills.

I can show you how to become a self sufficient, self employed, real estate investor with in a few years. I have a small multimillion dollar net worth after only about 7 to 10 years myself.

I have no one to leave my business to, so I am looking for a partner to carry things forward, however, you will need to know how to do the work and be willing to do the work, first. For starters you will learn the handyman / remodel side and be responsible for building that side of things up, possibly with a crew "you" have developed. Most of your income will come from this type of work at first. After that and over time if opportunity exists we will invest in real estate projects together as flips or holds and earn more income this way as well. Eventually you will do it on your own and then maybe hand this off to someone else as well.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,413.00 per year
