BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER JOB DESCRIPTION – SERVICE
Customer Care Representative
Overview:
To provide phone support for the service team in assisting customers with various needs and to create a realistic expectation of excellence.
Duties (inbound calls):
- Scheduling Service Appointments (including valet appointments)
- Assisting with alternate transportation needs
- Answering basic service questions
- Answering basic pricing questions
- Assisting customers with parts pricing
- Assisting customer with labor pricing
- When necessary, directing customers to the correct department (Collision, Technology, Roadside Assistance, etc.)
- Coordinating recall appointments
Duties (outbound calls):
- Perform “day after” service calls
- Call customers to schedule recalls
- Call customers to schedule declined service
- Contact customers with special parts orders
Both inbound and outbound calls are script driven

- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
