WHAT WE NEED:

Monumental Media Solutions Inc is looking for entry level candidate's. Individuals selected will be fully trained and be given hands on support. We are expanding rapidly and are now looking to fill multiple positions on our team.

We are currently hiring for the following departments:

• ENTRY LEVEL ASSOCIATE
• MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
• CUSTOMER SERVICE
• EVENT PROMOTIONS STAFF
• ENTRY LEVEL MANAGEMENT

Job Requirements:
We are looking for TALENTED and HARDWORKING individuals who are looking to begin their career with a FAST-PACED company. Our ideal employee will be a self-starter with strong organizational and leadership qualities.

• MUST BE LOCAL- WE ARE HIRING ASAP
• Outstanding COMMUNICATION skills both verbal & written.
• Able to PRIORITIZE and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to directly motivate and SUPERVISE others to achieve maximum performance.
• Able to work effectively in a TEAM environment
• Detail-oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks.
• Capable of MULTI-TASKING, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (personally owned vehicle is recommended). Travel to on-site events will be a requirement in this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $208.00 - $257.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indianapolis, IN 46216: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
