As the General Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving results through strong teams, effective, high standard customer interactions, as well as solid management of inventories, sales processes and marketing. The GSM is also responsible for managing the activities of all sales staff to ensure sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing all sales staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & Drive Sales!
• Forecast sales goals and objectives for the sales team, and ensure sales volume & productivity goals are met.
• Previous success as a Sales Manager and/or General Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
• Ability to maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores.
• Monitor the performance of your sales staff, while identifying development needs and providing high-level coaching and mentoring.
• Conduct and lead regular sales staff meetings.
• Work directly with the General Manager to create marketing plans and sales promotions.
• Manage web portal and online presence.
• Great understanding of inventory flow and CRM
