Pacific Rim Partners - We are a Manufacturer's Representative, serving plumbing wholesalers, contractors, and engineers in the State of Hawaii since 2006. We are looking to strengthen our sales team by adding an Inside Sales Rep to work with our customer base in the islands, as well as our manufacturing partners on the mainland. · Actively promotes sales of all product offerings to existing and potential customers · Supports the Outside Sales staff with general communication, price quotations, processing sales orders, and order tracking · Perform job take-offs and checks on scope of work for potential bids · Building and maintaining positive customer relationships · Attending manufacturer/product trainings, both virtual and in-person · Assists with inventory control, including participation in the annual year-end inventory count. · Performing other duties as needed. PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS · Experience in sales and/or office environment preferred. · Highly Trainable · Able to read and understand work orders and other work-related documents and forms. · Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook; aptitude to learn in-house CRM systems; proficient keyboarding skills and basic math knowledge · Excellent interpersonal skills via phone, email, and in person. · Well organized, able to work independently, and collaborating with colleagues. · Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment, able to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
