We are looking for an organized, full-time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller communication, preparing listing information, and managing the MLS listings and postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate cleanings and showings for houses, coordinate open houses and feedback to the seller and keep track of the sales activity in the database. $32,500 - $36,000

• Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database
• Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance
• Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell
• Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction
• Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers
• Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process
• Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team

• Thrives on providing excellent customer service
• Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
• Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel
• Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
