Pella Products of Kansas City specializes in replacement windows and doors for Kansas City homeowners.

We are currently seeking high energy, performance driven sales professionals that have an interest in being a part of the best home improvement company in the greater Kansas City metro. Career advancement is a real possibility as we are rapidly growing!

The ideal candidate will be someone that can exhibit the ability to successfully understand the specific needs of a homeowner. Individuals that can gain the trust of a homeowner(s), demonstrate how we provide a superior solution and ultimately earn their business will be successful in this position. Candidates must be also be comfortable working in an in-home selling environment and daily travel is required (company car provided). We offer a base salary with commissions & bonuses based on performance. Pella Products of Kansas City provides an excellent benefits package as well.
