Space Group is looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist / Leasing Agent for a full time position in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

1. A real estate license is REQUIRED to work as an Acquisition Specialist at Space Group

2. Someone who will do what it takes to get the deal done, all the way through

3. You must be able to work consistently with little supervision or interruption

4. Clerical reporting of properties, analysis, returns, zoning, conversions, etc

5. Negotiating with sellers according to the company's buying criteria

6. Market and lease units from the portfolio, making sure prospective tenants can view the units.

Ideal candidate:

1. Self-motivated and confident in your ability to communicate.

2. An excellent, clean and polite communicator, both in person and via email, and a leader

3. Have experience dealing with business executives in a professional manner

4. Someone who is hungry, motivated and compassionate

5. You are well organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

6. Know or want to learn as much as possible about our inventory and commercial Real Estate market, our business and more.

7. Has at least 2 years of commercial Real Estate experience

8. Is proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel, and considers yourself to understand computers well.

9. Great skills analyzing Real Estate opportunities

Job Requirements:

1. A reliable vehicle to drive to properties.

2. The ability to wear many hats and pick up many different job responsibilities and be flexible for changes in the job description.

3. College degree preferred
