Position Summary

The Global Sales Enablement Manager creates and executes on sales enablement strategies and provides training and support to local sales teams, customers and partners on new offerings, business models, partner programs and tools.

This position reports to the Senior Director of North America Sales & Community Relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages and execute the development of end user training materials, certifications, and new business processes
  • Manages audit process and maintain records (SOX compliance, User access, Partner access)
  • Manages the team and process for, updating, circulating documents, manuals, guides, pitch materials, and reports
  • Project manage the RFP and pitch materials with Account Executives, subject matter experts, legal, finance, etc.
  • Manages sales onboarding process that encompasses administrative tasks related to Sales systems, sales tools, and sales processes.
  • Regularly interact with executive leadership to provide updates on systems and progress towards strategic priorities
  • Manages and collaborate with Sales Operations with providing information to help measure the financial impact of the sales strategy
  • Manages and collaborate with Sales IT with documenting and processing enhancement requests and business requirements
  • Build and maintain relationship with Sales IT and work on ongoing maintenance work and projects
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in performing tasks within various Sales systems
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance of Sales data, tracking bug fixes, file exchange issues, and UI tools/functions
  • Responsible for administrative duties/functions as required
  • Other duties as assigned or directed

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related fields or an equivalent combination of education and related working experience
  • 3 years of proven work experience in prime revenue-facing teams, sales support, sales enablement, or sales training roles.
  • 1 year of proven work experience with vendors, direct reports, or interns.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the development of best methodologies, practices, and technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in executing change management initiatives with the established approaches involvement.
  • Demonstrated experience with executive level presentation and effective communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and cross functionally work with internal and external partners
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams) and experience with a customer relationship management (CRM-Salesforce) platform
  • Domiciled near the office location, or willing to relocate to the area
  • Legally authorized to work in the country where the office is located

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with process mapping such as Visio
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodology
  • Experience working in airline industry with knowledge of airline technology and processes
  • Measurable accomplishments in making a positive business impact (e.g. proven experience in meeting quotas, improving sales cycle, etc.)
