Summit Insurance Agency is a fast-growing independent agency in Fargo, ND. We are looking for a competitive individual who will generate new business by contacting potential customers. As an agent you will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
• Generate new business by evaluating customers’ needs.
• Maintain bookkeeping systems, database, and records.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• New business marketing.

Qualifications

• Licensed Insurance Agent preferred. If unlicensed, it will be necessary to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of employment.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
