This role will be instrumental in sourcing, closing, and servicing new business for our rapidly expanding company! It is a hands-on role in a fun, exciting and collaborative environment. In addition, these individuals will be responsible for continually identifying and implementing best practices. Our ideal candidate is ready to roll up their sleeves, jump in with both feet, and make an immediate impact with all-inclusive training, no experience required!

The Opportunity:

• Research and identify companies not currently doing business with us.
• Call those companies, build a relationship & sell them on why they should be working with us and you.
• Negotiate deals that make financial sense for you, our company, customers and carriers.
• Manage daily operations of your shipments through strong customer and carrier communications.
• Provide extraordinary customer service & communication.

On Target Earnings:

• Year 1 - $50,000+
• Year 2 - $65,000+
• Year 3 - $100K+
