Sales Professional:

Restoration 1 of Greater Charlotte, a growing restoration company located in Charlotte, NC is seeking a candidate who can create new prospects and clients, provide exceptional customer service with the ability to show compassion while building new relationships with organizations to continue the growth of the company. The Sales Professional is responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account. They will need to generate and secure new sales revenue by prospecting and adding customers.

Responsibilities:

• Execute an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships
• Responsible for achieving company sales targets and update management on the status of accounts
• Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community
• Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.
• Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (promotions, advertising, exhibitions, telemarketing, social media marketing, etc.

Requirements:

• 3+ years previous experience working in a sales role and or as a business development representative, preferably outside sales
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Experience with a CRM tool
• Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must
• Highly competitive, positive and results driven sales professional
• Strong communication and negotiations skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
• Uncompromising integrity
• Proficiency using computers, MS Office, and CRM software

Compensation:

• Base salary starting at $45,000 with potential of earning up to over $100,000 a year
• Company vehicle and fuel card
• Full Electronics Package
