With several new locations opening in the Lee County area, Lux Solar is seeking entry level candidates who are interested in growth and development within our company in the Florida market.

Positions range from entry level marketing, sales, operations all the way thorough leadership positions.

Previous experience is not required as comprehensive training program will be provided for each position.

What you'll do:

• Become a professional sales associate in renewable energy & customer relations.
• Master relationship building and life skills design for both personal and professional growth.
• Educate potential and existing customers on LUX SOLAR’s clean energy systems & future green energy advancements.
• Participate in company outings, events & team building.
• Exceed your personal and company growth targets .

What you'll need:

• A current, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
• A Smartphone or iPad
• A friendly, and self-motivated attitude , cooperative team mentality, a drive to grow.
• Excellent communication skills in English , Bi lingual is a plus.
• A flexible schedule that allows for some evening and weekend sales appointments.
• A self-disciplined and honest / moral work ethic combined with a high level of ambition.

Our current Solar Pros who have a strong work ethic and are committed , positive, dedicated, and have student mentality are currently earning between $100K-$200K+ annually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per week

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
