Business Development Sales Position
Entry level, Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred
Norsan Media is looking for talented Business Development Salespeople to help us GROW our Spanish-language media company! Are you interested in an entry-level position in media advertising sales? Do you think you have innate talent to enable you to be successful in this career path?

Norsan Media is committed to supporting, training, and helping each one of our sales professionals reach their full potential. Earning potential for the first year will vary on your ability to create your own success. The current range is $45K-$65K.
A limited number of positions are now open.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Developing new business and sourcing multiple prospects daily.
  • Connecting with prospects to uncover opportunities to present solutions that deliver results.
  • Working hard to satisfy client needs/ requests and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Creating long-term relationships results in repeat business.
  • Achieving assigned monthly sales goals.

  • Previous customer service or sales experience.
  • Competency in Google applications (Google Drive, Gmail, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
