Position Overview
Transport Enterprise Leasing, LLC (TEL) is seeking an Account Executive to join the Fleet Leasing Department. TEL is a rapidly growing company located in the beautiful Lookout Valley area of Chattanooga, TN. While we are still in the fastest growing, growth phase in the history of the company, this position allows a great opportunity for a candidate to come in at the ground floor and make a difference in our company.

Our customers include small trucking/logistics companies, including fortune 500 companies as well as Entrepreneurs who become Owner-Operators.
The Fleet Leasing Account Executive is responsible to enhance customer loyalty of assigned accounts by focusing on a premium “high touch” lease experience that will promote satisfaction, retention, and growth within the assigned AOR and market segment.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Continuously learn, share, and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support.
  • Build strong client relationships to maintain sold business on assigned accounts. Work closely with divisional and corporate operations and Account Manager to ensure the customer's lease lifecycle experience is best in class.
  • Work closely with the business development executive on the in-servicing of equipment, customer related issue, and pending maturity cases.
  • Excellent working knowledge of TEL's products and services along with the ability to sell such to TEL customers, specifically where TEL can add value with service and product offerings to effect profitability and cash flow.
  • Identify new opportunities with current customers through additional product and service offers from TEL.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify cold calls/leads and assist where needed to convert qualified leads to closable opportunities.
  • Execute efficient use of Salesforce and other software providing diligent, complete, and detailed customer contact documentation.
  • Responsible for achieving sales goals for desired prospect/customers under management in AOR with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer inquiries.
  • Answer directly or collaborate with various internal departments to ensure TEL provides unparalleled customer support.
  • Work to resolve all client complaints in an expedient manner.
  • Research and provide intelligence on competitors within assigned AOR.
  • Keep in touch with overall transportation market trends and disrupters.
  • Adhere to all SOP and Company Policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in “Business Management” or applicable business field or combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • Two or more years of experience in B2B sales in the transportation industry
  • Working experience that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility
  • Salesforce experience or another comparable CRM
  • Excellent working knowledge of TEL's Fleet Leasing products and services
  • Have positive, high energy and desire to work hard to accomplish goals.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to identify common objections and utilize sales skills to overcome such objections
  • Strong mathematical skills for calculating percentages, lease rates, etc.
  • Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with the needs of different types of customers
  • Analytical skills for reviewing customer data
  • Strong team player able to work with a team to problem solve and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Be coachable and have desire to learn new skill sets.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of trucking company operations
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Wages:
$52,500 - $62,500 depending on experience
