Full description of the position

Title: Client Success Manager

Role: Ensure Implementation of Sandler across our client’s organizations

Full-time

Compensation to be salary plus bonuses.

Position Objectives

  • Building relationships with clients
  • Ensuring/ measuring engagement and client satisfaction
  • Supporting Outside Sales
  • Identify areas within our client based to cross sell/ upsell our full depth of offerings.

Key Responsibilities Areas

Manage Client learning management system Sandler Online

  • Maintain/Update and create scheduled reinforcement learning assignments.
  • Manage Sandler Certification program for clients. Update instructor led training records and certification completion.
  • Onboard clients into using Sandler Online.

Account Management

  • Create, build, and enhance client relationships.
  • Conduct client touch calls on progress, lessons learned or upcoming events.
  • Survey clients for feedback using survey monkey (or other)
  • Facilitate and/ or attend quarterly review meetings with client leadership.
  • Generate and capture client testimonials.
  • Facilitate introductions/referrals to and from clients

Support Outside Sales

  • Administer DISC/Outmatch assessment PINS and Team reports
  • Conduct assessment report overviews with clients once trained
  • Assist clients with any tools or material from sessions.
  • Support in onboarding clients. (Understanding schedule of events, session links, best practices etc.)
  • Support client journey/curriculum
  • Participate in necessary public/private training sessions.
  • Identify upsell/cross sell opportunities for clients and notify sales rep.

Continuous Growth and Process improvement

  • Learn Sandler core concepts and philosophies.
  • Establish network and regular communication with other Sandler Client Success Managers
  • Document and refine cookbook and processes as needed.
  • Participate in Sandler Conferences.

Attributes of a good fit:

Someone who is self-starting, self-directed, growth minded and self-motivated. Must possess strong attention to detail, process orientation and excellent organizational skills.

Experience with the following technology/software:

  • Zoom
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Vidyard
  • LMS systems

…or similar programs that will provide a quick ramp up time to these backbones of our business.

HUGE bonus if they have previous Sandler knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
