Are you a sales professional with a passion for success and a drive to exceed goals? Look no further! FWM Docks and EZ Dock Northeast is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make an immediate impact on our growing company. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers
• Identifying and qualifying sales leads
• Providing technical support and product information to customers
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets
• Keeping accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs

The ideal candidate will possess:

• High mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Salesforce (preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in inside sales or related field (preferred)
• High-energy, go-getter attitude
