Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Previous CAR SALES EXPERIENCE
• Ability to make outbound phones, and update customer files simultaneously
• Availability to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and work in a competitive team environment
• Confident delivering information to customers as assigned by management
• Ability to retain product information, and stay up to date with factory updates as needed

Sales Representatives Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and have a clean motor vehicle record with the MVD
• Must have a business professional appearance and demeanor when dealing with store clientele
• Will have a reliable means of getting to and from work, and will be on time for all scheduled shifts
• Understanding that there will be times on occasion that customer’s or their bank financing may need further attention from the sales representative on scheduled days off, after hours, etc
